AFIRM for Paras is focused on evidence-based practices for paraeducators working with elementary students on the spectrum. Each AFIRM for Para module guides the paraeducator through the basics of the practice and provides interactive case examples of planning for, using, and monitoring the practice through videos and engaging activities.
